Whether you have to send or receive, TNT Italia is the ideal tool to manage a shipment on the go.Lets see in detail the features present.ACCESSIn the introductory screen, in addition to being able to track the shipment, a double menu is proposed: "Send" and "Receive".
To direct you to the most useful functions based on the use you make of our services.SEARCH FOR SHIPMENTSUse the waybill number, the sender reference or scan the barcode on the transport document before entrusting us with the shipment: in a few seconds you will know where your goods are, wherever they are destined, in Italy or abroad.Each searched shipment will be entered in "My shipments" so that you can easily retrieve it every time you want to check it.You can also decide to receive notifications on the shipments that you consider most important.
Whenever there is a change in the progress of the shipment, TNT Italia will inform you.
You will be able to share the status of the shipment with interested people and also create a list of favorites.WHERE WE AREAll you need is the GPS system of your smartphone or tablet to locate the closest FedEx Branch or FedEx Location, the route to reach us, traffic information, public transport and travel times.
Or choose a location throughout Italy: we will show you our closest facilities.
You will thus be able to choose where to send your shipments to the Fermo Deposito.LEAVE NOTICESIf on your way home you find a "Left notice" postcard or you receive a text message telling you that we were unable to deliver a shipment because the recipient was not present at our passage, you can use this function to:Request delivery to a FedEx Branch or a closest FedEx Location (so you can collect the goods when and how you prefer)Book a delivery to the same address within 3 working daysArrange for delivery to a new address (always within 3 working days)BOOK WITHDRAWALIf you want to request the home collection of a shipment destined for Italy or abroad (import shipments are excluded) use our application.
You can book a pickup on the same day or for a subsequent day not exceeding a month.SERVICE ALERTTo always be informed and updated on the availability of our services in the event of events, demonstrations, strikes or natural disasters.RELEASE OF STOCKSWhen a shipment is put into storage, you will receive a communication via e-mail that offers you different ways of redelivery.
